MAYA BAY is open again with restrictions : maximum 1 hour on site and 300 persons on the beach in the same time. Please note that swimming on Maya Bay is forbidden due to the coral preservation program but you will have the chance to see an unspoiled and uncrowded Maya Bay without any boats.

All our trips start from Koh Phi Phi (Phi Phi Islands - Phi Phi Don). The check-in is 30min before the trip starts. To be on time for the tour check-in please have a look at our TRANSPORTATION PAGE to see all our travel packages (ferry, bus, taxi, hotel pick-up...) to come to Phi Phi Islands from Phuket, Krabi, Koh Lanta or anywhere in Thailand or even South-East Asia !

You will receive all meeting instructions and the map to find us on the voucher sent to you by e-mail after online payment confirmation.
There is no ferry connection to Phuket, Krabi or Koh Lanta after the end of the trip, so you will have to stay minimum one night on Koh Phi Phi to join any trips (except morning trip ends before 2pm, but in this case you will have to spend the night before the trip on Phi Phi).
Please note that we can’t take any responsibility if you arrive late due to ferry delays. We highly recommend you to arrive one day before the trip departure.
Koh Phi Phi is a small island, there is no cars or bikes so there is no pick-up organized. All our offices are located in Tonsai Village, close to the pier and accessible by short foot walk or by taxi boat if your hotel is located on a secluded beach (Saii Phi Phi Island Village Resort, Laem Thong Beach….). Thank you for your understanding.

ABOUT THE JUNGLE TREK DIFFICULTY : The Jungle Trek Phi Phi is about 8km long (5 miles). We have many breaks and stops so everyone in normal physical conditions could easily do it :) The only tricky part is the steps to the first viewpoint which are a bit steep, but everyone goes to their own pace and eventually makes it to the top. And the view is totally worth it ! :)

All our offices are located in Tonsai Village, close to the pier and accessible by short foot walk or by taxi boat if your hotel is located on a secluded beach (Phi Phi Island Village Resort, Laem Thong Beach….). The times and order of activities are approximate and for guideline only. Depending of the weather, the tides conditions and the National Park regulations, the program can be modified.

Includes: Mask & Snorkel, Fruits, Water, National Park Fee (only for speedboat)
Options: Meal, Drinks (soft or alcoholic), Hotel Pick-Up / Drop-Off, Special Event (honeymoon, decoration)
Excludes: National Park Fee : 400THB/person when you reach National Park Checkpoint (only for longtail boats)

Refund Policy : Our refund policy is a 100% refund (minus 5% online payment fee) if cancelled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% (minus 5% online payment fee) if you cancelled between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancellation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund (minus 5% online payment fee). If the weather condition is cloudy or there's slight rainfall and the tour is still running, if rescheduling the tour isn't possible on your end, then unfortunately, we won't be able to process a refund.

Changing Policy : If you wish to amend the trip you have booked and swap it for a different one, please find the fees below :
  • More than 48 hours before departure time of your original trip and upon availability, we charge a 100 THB fee per person on top of the fare difference of the new trip. If your new trip is cheaper than the original trip, we will refund you the price difference minus 100THB change fee per person
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before departure time of your original trip and upon availability, we charge a 100 THB fee per person on top of the fare difference of the new trip. If your new trip is cheaper than the original trip, we won’t be able to refund you the price difference.
  • Between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure, please contact us directly. Please note that most of the time the change won’t be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
